These are US Diver Aqualung thanks with a J Valve.
The parts to assemble can be found farily inexpensive on ebay, the harder part to find is going to be the tank.
In some cases dive shops will keep tanks that have failed there annual pressure tests, this being said some times you can come across these vintage tanks at said shops and pay scrap value for them.
